Dr. Mrityunjai Pandey   earned his LL.B. and Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law (P.G.D.L.L.) form Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University; LLM in Criminal Law from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidya Pith, Varanasi; Certificate in Intellectual Property Right & Information Technology from India Law Institute, New Delhi; Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi; and M.A. in Political Science from Meerut University.

Currently, his Ph. D. on the Police torture and custodial death in India. He worked as a Guest Lecturer in Faculty of Law, M.G.K. University, Varanasi; and he is presently associated with Innovative Institute Of Law at the post of H.O.D, Greater Noida, CCS University. He is Director of Universal Solicitor & S.P.Management Pvt.Ltd .

In his name, five articles have been published in international Journal and various article. He has attended many National and International seminars and presented many papers.
